Courage
starts with showing up and allowing our imperfect authentic selves to be seen. I realize how daunting it can be to reach out when you’re struggling and find a therapist you implicitly trust. My personal experience in therapy informs my work and empathic concern fuels connection for those in need of emotional nourishment, fulfillment, and a new foundation of confidence. By validating your perspective, I am dedicated to creating a safe, encouraging, non-judgmental environment where you can explore and express your emotions, discover proper coping mechanisms and life skills to contend with daily challenges and make empowering choices.

Vulnerability is the foundation of change. I align with the belief of practicing truth without judgment, while skillfully balancing an empathic and challenging environment to strengthen each client’s healthy self. My goal is to support and encourage individuals to recognize their capacity for emotional harmony, to develop a deeper sense of identity.
I aim to heighten one’s self-awareness by nurturing their emotional wellness, ability to develop healthy ways to cope with stress, anxiety, interpersonal relationships and ultimately lead a richer, fuller life. I am ready to journey alongside you in a path to reconnect with your true self towards happiness and living more fully in the precious present.

I offer observations and pose questions from an objective standpoint. This is a no-judgement zone. You are safe. I will always be honest and forthright, and all I ask is you do the same. I understand this takes trust, which naturally builds in time. To ensure that, I promise to show up for you - be authentic, empathic, honest, real, raw, and help you feel seen and heard. I have no ulterior motive other than for you to be happy, healthy, and fulfilled – to wholeheartedly live your best life.
“We are defined by the narrative we write for ourselves every day.
Is it a story of joy, perseverance, love, and kindness? If not, find a new vocabulary to match the emotions and feelings you want to live by. Talk to yourself with love.”
