Payment
I accept Zelle and all major credit cards, due at the time of service. Upon receipt of payment, a detailed receipt including diagnosis and procedure coding is sent to you via confidential email for your individual submission to your Insurance carrier for reimbursement via an out-of-network benefit.
Insurance
I am currently in network with Aetna insurance.
Otherwise, services are considered Out-of-Network. If you have Out-of-Network benefits as part of your health insurance plan, you may be eligible for financial reimbursement for a certain percentage of the fee for therapy. Unsure of what benefits you have? The best thing to do is to contact your insurance company directly.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
